These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the WAGC Philippines website and your participation in any tournament, qualifier, or event organized or facilitated by WAGC Philippines ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or participation in our events following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Participation in WAGC Philippines events is open to amateur golfers who meet the eligibility criteria set by WAGC Philippines and the World Amateur Golfers Championship organization. We reserve the right to refuse registration or entry to any individual at our sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet all eligibility requirements prior to registration. WAGC Philippines shall not be liable for any losses arising from a participant's failure to meet eligibility criteria.
Registration for WAGC Philippines events is subject to availability. Submission of a registration form does not guarantee a place in any event until confirmed by WAGC Philippines.
WAGC Philippines reserves the right to reschedule, modify, postpone, or cancel any event at any time due to weather, force majeure, insufficient participation, venue unavailability, or any other circumstance at our sole discretion. We shall not be liable for any loss, cost, or inconvenience suffered by participants or third parties as a result of such changes.
Force majeure includes but is not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, civil unrest, or any other event beyond our reasonable control.
All WAGC Philippines events are conducted in accordance with the Rules of Golf as approved by the United States Golf Association (USGA) and The R&A, together with any Local Rules or Conditions of Competition issued by WAGC Philippines for the specific event. Participants are responsible for familiarizing themselves with all applicable rules prior to participation.
WAGC Philippines decisions on matters relating to rules, scores, and competition results are final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into regarding competition rulings.
Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner at all times during WAGC Philippines events. WAGC Philippines reserves the right to disqualify, remove, or ban any participant from current or future events for conduct deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or contrary to the spirit of the game, at our sole discretion and without liability.
Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to: cheating, verbal or physical abuse of other participants, officials or staff, damage to course property, or any behavior that brings the event or WAGC Philippines into disrepute.
Participation in golf events involves inherent physical risks. By registering for and participating in any WAGC Philippines event, you acknowledge and accept that:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WAGC Philippines, its officers, organizers, volunteers, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any injury, illness, death, loss, damage, theft, or expense of any nature suffered by participants, spectators, or any third party in connection with our events or website, including but not limited to:
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
By participating in any WAGC Philippines event, you grant WAGC Philippines and its authorized representatives a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to photograph, film, and record your participation, and to use such images, footage, and recordings for promotional, marketing, and editorial purposes across any media, including digital and social media platforms, without further consent or compensation.
If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, you must notify the event organizer in writing prior to the commencement of the event.
All content on the WAGC Philippines website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and event materials, is the property of WAGC Philippines or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.
WAGC Philippines may engage third-party vendors, venues, and service providers in connection with its events and website. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or policies of any third party, and participation in any third-party service or platform is subject to that party's own terms and conditions.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your participation in WAGC Philippines events shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
