The World's Largest Amateur Golf Championship

The World Amateur Golfers Championship (WAGC) is one of the most prestigious international amateur golf competitions in the world, held across 46+ countries and governed by the Rules of Golf as approved by the United States Golf Association (USGA).

Now in its 6th season in the Philippines, WAGC is proud to host 36 qualifying tournaments in 2025 — spanning Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao — giving passionate amateur golfers from all corners of the country the chance to compete at the highest level.

The top performers from each regional qualifier advance to the Philippines National Finals, where the best in each division compete for the title of Category Champion. The 5 Category Champions then earn the ultimate honor: representing the Philippines at the WAGC World Finals in Jeju Island, Korea — all expenses paid.
